Midland Cemetery offers general burial areas as well as 13 special religious or ethnic sections. These include Baptist, Lutheran, Salvation Army and Wesleyan.
The Chinese community also has a strong association with Midland and has built a traditional Chinese Pagoda to mark the entrance to their section at the cemetery.
