Unsuccessful? Then please check the following:-

You have Real One Player installed on your PC?
You have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed? To find out your version, on the top Internet Explorer toolbar, first click Help, then click About Internet Explorer.
Your PC meets the recommended requirements, including a sound card? Click Recommended System Requirements to find out.
Your Internet connection is working at 56 kilobits per second (Kbps) or more?
You are not behind a firewall?
You went to the Live Broadcast area, and saw a message saying "Requested file not found. The link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate"? If so, then there is no broadcast currently running.
Note: To view live or recent broadcasts of a funeral, you need a valid password from the Administrator of the funeral.
